General information about the manufactory & product range
Why can't I find any prices for products other than those in stock?
We develop most of our products together with our customers and customise them to their individual requirements. We create a customised offer for every enquiry.
That's why you won't find any standardised prices on our website - our solutions are as unique as your requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product in question:
Ornamental bands and cords are delivered from a quantity of 25 metres per colour if the goods are standardised or in stock. Custom-made products from 100 metres per colour.
Embroidered lanyards: from 50 pieces per colour, unembroidered lanyards from 10 pieces per colour.
Customised work is possible without any problems, even small series and special requests are fulfilled promptly by arrangement.
Do you have a catalogue?
No, we do not have a printed catalogue. You can find a comprehensive overview of our product range here on our website at any time.
As we are constantly expanding our range and adapting it to the current needs of our customers, a printed catalogue would quickly become obsolete. Instead, we prefer to invest in the quality of our products and offer them at a fair price - without any unnecessary printing costs.
Order & procedure
Can I also order from you as a private individual?
Yes, with pleasure! We serve both business and individual customers from one piece upwards.
How do I order?
The best way to contact us is by e-mail, phone or in person at our factory. We will be happy to advise you in advance. We can send you sample materials in advance on request.
How long does customisation take?
Depending on complexity and order situation between 2 days and 3 weeks. For standard items that are in stock, we usually dispatch within 48 hours.
Is there an online shop?
We do not currently offer a classic online shop, but we are working on digital ordering options. In the meantime, we will provide individual advice.
Products & individualisation
Can I make special requests with you?
Absolutely! We specialise in individual customer requests, whether it's a traditional button, a ribbon or a museum copy. It is best to send us a photo, a sketch or an original sample.
Do you also produce historical replicas?
Yes, we regularly work for museums, theatres, film productions and monument preservation and produce replicas based on original models.
What materials do you use?
We work with fine yarns, gold and silver threads, cotton, viscose, silk, lurex and silver/gold-plated wires. Everything is selected with the utmost care.
Prices, payment & shipping
What do your products cost?
Our prices depend on the product, material and production costs. We will be happy to send you a non-binding offer after a brief consultation or sample comparison.
How is payment made?
Prepayment applies to first orders. Regular customers can receive an invoice with payment terms on request. Special conditions apply for authorities and institutions.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide, whether to Salzburg or Singapore. The shipping costs depend on the weight and destination country. Express delivery is possible on request.
Visit & counselling
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, visitors are welcome by prior appointment. Whether design students, group tours or interested parties: We are happy to show you how real craftsmanship is created.
Is there a salesroom?
Yes, our factory outlet at Kandlgasse 20 is Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 15:00 open. There is no sale on Friday.
